Help me, I Don't know what I need to do to work mods

I really need a tutorial of how to get the Green Brick mod to work? This is for Lego Racers 1

1. Extract your LEGO.JAM file using http://www.rockraidersunited.com/topic/2470-legojam-file-extractor/ and delete/rename the LEGO.JAM file (might be good idea to backup)
2. [If running 2001 version of the game] Place this empty LEGO.JAM in your game's directory.
3. You should now have GAMEDATA and MENUDATA folders in your game's directory, enter GAMEDATA.
4. You will now see all the track folders (i.e. RACE0R0, etc), put the powerup layout files in these directories.
5. Run game.

Oh you meant this one.

Well we know you are running 1999 and tried deleting the LEGO.JAM and it still doesn't work... not sure what's going on.
