TheDoctor
Hmm..you wouldent happen to be running WIn7, would you? You can download from the internet. But WE should have a required for RR, non-copyrighted file center. We don't, but we should.
DTdesigner
actaully, yes i am running windows 7. why do you ask?
Cirevam
d3drm.dll doesn't come with Windows 7 or Vista. You'll have to download it from teh innanets and put in C:\Windows\System. You'll probably also want to run the game in Compatibility Mode. I use Windows 2000 mode and I'm running Vista, so the same should work for you. Lair
You don't have to put it in there. You can also put it in the directory your game is installed in.

TheEPICtrainrider
Search the CD for it, then ether put it in the game file or the Windows system thing *mentioned above* And if you don't have the CD, then look for the FAQ section of the 'Help' board and there should be a download there. You never lost it, it was just never there.
Matt
Yes, I had the same problem upgrading to Windows 7. Just download the dll here. I placed in C:/Windows/System32 and no longer received the error, so hopefully it'll work for you as well. As Cirevam said, you should also run in Compatability mode (right click on the RR Shortcut>Properties>Compatability>Run in Compatability Mode for:). I run on XP service pack 3, and it works fine. I'm sure most of the Modes before that would work fine as well.

Matt
Um, so was it a problem with the downloading of the file (i.e you couldn't get the dll file), or did you manage to get the dll file, but had problems moving it to the required directory? I'm guessing it was a problem with the downloading of the file, as when I initially tryed the download link a few minutes ago, I got an error message. I can't remember what it said though, as when I tryed again, it seemed to work fine. If maybe this error is permanent for you, I have mirrored the file on the RRU Uploader: http://www.rockraidersunited.org/uploads/user/1267552595.zip Just download and unzip it, and place the dll where I said previously. (C:/Windows/System32) Hopefully that helps, ~Matt P.S Cyrem, hopefully uploading the dll publicly with the Uploader like I did there wasn't against forum rules? If so, I can remove it.
