I accidentally my computer

<Vent> Alright... I'll keep it short. Motherboard fried. Had person come in to replace motherboard as I had a trip to Chicago coming up. Computer came back five days late - HDD was wiped with excuse that "everything was corrupted" Finds out that some data was saved. Suspects treachery. Is preparing lawsuit against technician. More modding so far....

My modding so far: 1) Used Baz's Mod, the most recent 1.5 version, as a basis (it's far superior to the regular game in my opinion) 2) Turned ceiling textures black so that there is no clear indication, aside from camera scrolling, of map extent in any given direction 3) Blended tops of walls with black roof to look more polished 4) Replaced the water textures, which are unique for each of the several biomes 5) Modified the lava texture 6) Disabl

Let Me Tell You About That Pipe...

So, on Friday, I was making a LDD model of an MOC. Everything was working just fine. I was able to find all the bricks, I got all the correct colors, and it was almost done. The only thing left were the corrugated flexible pipes. After a quick hunt for the pipe, I added it to my model. But I needed to bend to pipe to connect the other end. So I pressed the Flex Tool. ORR-Mine Edition Update

Well I Forget the last time I updated ORR-Mine Edition but the next version is coming along hopefully some of the new features will be. -Larger map -Randomly generated map -Menus -Building building So I will hopefully have this out in a week or two I just got this other computer back which has Light-Wave on it so 3D may come soon it may be the update after this.

Cinematics

I think that there are some unexplored ways of modding LRR. I have not seen someone use the tutorial map for sounds other than Chief's voice nor have I seen someone try to use a monster class for an animation. The first is self explanatory and I have seen attempts at using other Chief files. The other is a little more difficult to grasp. Yes, I'm looking for a 3D programmer to help me out in ORR. This whole thing where I do the 3D code just isn't working out. Here are the requirements/tasks/stuff like that: 0. The language is c++. I'll make this a list... 1. Source SDK I know, I know... source is outdated. Heck, it even annoys me because of that. I still like it because of VALVe's business ethics. A Bit Of A Brag Post... Not A Serious Post, I Can't Back It Up, But...

I was playing TF2 a few days ago. Jarate Sniper on Dustbowl. Anyway, we were on the final point. We were holding the other team back well, but that's not too much to brag about on the 0% Seriousness of Dustbowl. I usually can't snipe, but for some reason my aim was particularly good that day.
