Stagnant as in not many new active users, but a bunch of old active users that poke at eachother and throw up mods once-in-a-while. What's with the random ' s?

I totally agree with you. I'm noticing that I'm getting more and more inactive than ever. I'm seeing the same things over and over again: Sloooow ORR progress, a map every now and then, people reply to announcements...

Give me an engine that supports custom AI's, nulls defined in .dat files like the ones LDraw uses, and proper in-enviroment cut scenes (like the ones in BFBC) and Urban Recovery will come to life in part.
