Examination of beta image

Looks like Karl's idea was right! Mobile teleport meant mobile as in teleported down anywhere. Maybe at the beginning of the level, you start with your mobile teleport. You then choose where the tool store will go, and it goes down, and you mine. I have no idea what the LEGO stripped thing is. I also cannot make out that logo. Maybe if we found who that is, they would have beta. I also do not know what that arrow thing is, priorities?
