Custom [Lower] High-Polygon Rock Raiders Team

I killed a good amount of polygons; at least in Axle's and Sparks' helmets (and lowered a few for Docs' and Bandit's). These raiders are in HP, have custom textures, helmets (except for Jet), HP tools, no-orange elbow animations.
