Wave Rebel Model

Here's the Wave Rebel, the Time Raider's answer to the Rapid Rider. It's very tiny and now it's the only way to ferry materials across a lake if your Command Ship is immobile. It might also be useful for recovering materials when vehicles get destroyed on the water, but I won't know if it can do that until I put it in the game.

While your looking at this, let me know what you think about the color scheme. Dark blue typically signifies that the vehicle makes material collection quicker, and green is generally for drilling vehicles (so this will likely not use green), but I like the two-tone look. What color do you think should go alongside the dark blue?
