A very simple tool that will clean the "Stab.str" file found in the "strings" folder in your LegoLand Install directory. It gets rid of all the unnecessary spaces and tabs to format it nicely. The cleaned str files work fine straight in the game, so you can replace the original with the cleaned version. Download

Sorry to say, after testing... this isn't working. Instead the game looks to the disc to load the res files. It also doesn't work if you put the folders in the 'Volumes' folder also. When there is no disc in the drive it just give an error saying it can't find the archives. Fun, you will need to wait until a proper archive extract/re-packer is built for this game.

Alright, I had it working ages ago when Cyrem posted his extractor script. Take out all the folders from inside Graphics1.res, Graphics2.res and the other one, and paste them directly into the LEGOLAND folder, do not put them in the Volumes folder. Then delete your volumes folder and all the .res files.

Doing this would probably make sense in case of smaller children swallowing the parts. What I don't agree with though is their logic of: More complex parts = More money you spend. They're not exactly the most intricate parts, but they are new. I can understand that they make the custom parts, but as we've seen in the past before in previous editions/sets/collections, they will just re-use/recycle/recreate, rinse, and repeat with mostly any parts that they can find a use for, and even the licensed LEGO products are no exception. Why would I want to pay more for something with less universal parts, and more parts that I can't do as much with? I just don't understand marketing these days, it's just a joke. It's a dying breed of failing tools that are making us pull out our already thinned wallets. This economy has hit everyone hard, and jacking up prices for your own revenue isn't going to help. I wish more investors would reflect upon this...

For the Sonic Blasters, install Cirevam's Super Sonic Blaster mod. It fixes that crash which is a result of later versions of DirectX not liking the normal animation for the blaster. As for the random crashes, it comes with the territory.

@Modded Lego Translation: your game save for LR2 contains your custom car. If you create a custom car then move your game save to a different computer, you will still have your custom car. So we could not move the pointer to a custom car because the pointers must stay in GAMEDATA.GTC. Plus, as far as I know), you can't have two cars at once. You can change cars once, but you can't have a stock car and a custom car at the same time. It's one or the other.

Oh come on Cyrem. You know that they use Energy Crystals to power the bigger power stations. Hell, there was even that scene where the Professor goes to the Rock Raider timeline and learns about energy crystals from them (Docs I think).
