Check section 3 of the readme that comes witht the Kajeuter's cheats to see how to activate them. Having them in multiplayer battle won't really do much, because you can't pick up weapons. You can make any player/cpu be the mech/berg, and you can also have computer racers in multiplayer with this by setting the racers amount. :D

I think it's ridiculous to have a compulsory military service time. It's the individual's choice whether they want to join the military; not the country. I think it's an absolute disgrace that any country could even consider putting such a forceful law in place. Well, that's my two cents. I wish you good luck on your way.

^ Indeed. In the states, men who avoided the draft (which you might know is where every able-bodied male within an certain age range can be selected for military service if the gov needs to build an army) and were caught were sentenced to prison (I think). I don't know for how long but the draft isn't needed anymore since our military is entirely volunteer-based now. Still, once a male in this country turns 18 he must sign up for the draft, but if the draft were ever called again the political backlash would be astronomical. I don't know why we would need a draft anymore anyways. With how obsessed the US is with guns, any enemy force stupid enough to invade would get destroyed, especially if they get to the redneck states.
