Remember me? Yeah yah do!
STUDZ and one other reacted to Minifig9292 for a topic
So how have you guys been without my crazy arse around? Anything I should be filled in on? I decided to just fade out quietly, but now I'm popping in to say hi and show you guys I'm not dead. I hang around Facepunch these days. Yeah I know it's filled with elitist "know it alls", and I wouldn't want it any other way. Oh and I see my pony topic is still kicking. It's a shame I'm not that into those pastel equine any more.2 points -

Huzzah, I'm not the only one who finally came to his senses. I feel the same way as you do about bronies, except I hate the show now too. I just don't even know what I was thinking, must have been brainwashed. Welcome Back!2 points -

How dare you say something like that. We are almost the most posted topic on the forum you you say that! (Way big image) I'm sorry for changing my preferences. Sheesh. I never said I HATED ponies. I just kinda sorta hate the community now. Listen, when you go to school with a kid who literally wants to do some very questionable things to Fluttershy (my most hated pony), you'd grow away from it too. Also Facepunch has a huge anti pony complex going on, must've rubbed off on me. Don't get me wrong I don't hate the show, I just don't like the ultra annoying and very vocal 25% of the fanbase. You sort of fit into that in my opinion... *Cough*2 points -

New MultiTool for Lego Island 2 [WIP]
Car CrazeXVI reacted to pivke_oldaccount for a topic
Hello, I'm very new to this forum, because I'm actually from the xentax.com-forum. So, the reason for this post; I'm nearly finished with a Tool, to get files from Lego Island 2 and reimport them. After I've done some of game archive researching, I've found the posts of "legomoe" on this forum (awesome guy, that already wrote an extractor), so I felt responsible for the tool to post it here for you. So, back to the tool, short description: The tool is able to export all files (Textures, Meshes, Collisionfiles, Cutscene, Camera, Waypoint, Lighting etc.). The exporter has a useful feature: It (will/is) able to export Meshes as .OBJ (or native .msh) and Textures to .BMP (or native .tga). Same for the importer (->see below). The tool importer let's you import/replace any file you want. For meshes, there will be an .OBJ-importer (the tool internal converts it to .msh-file) and for .TGA-files, there will be an .BMP-importer. The tool will be able to export the whole archives files in a folder like it's hierarchical tree. The tool will give you a "Live-View" (to show the actual mesh in 3D, textfiles in an simple textview, collision-files in 3D and textures) And last but not least, with the tool you can show the hierarchical system with it's files, to have a better overview Actual screenshot: (20/07/2012 - 08:57) WIP Progress of the Multitool: Issues/TO DO: Progressbar show's wrong numbers when loading filetable (fixed) Show hierarchical tree of files (fixed) Export all files at once with hierarchical folder-structure (solved) Fix "show hierarchical..." signal/slot problem (fixed) Fix wrong entries in table (offset/size) (fixed) Progressbar - progress while exporting files Liveview-button on the menu bar (solved) Liveview for all files (textures, 3d, text) Enable sorting of the table by clicking on the tabs (e.g. "Filename", "Size", "Offset" etc.) (solved) GUI (solved) Add GUI-Design combobox to the menubar (solved) Add progressbar-status to all operations [warn='Notice, the tool isn't finished yet!']Please notice, that the tool isn't finsished yet. I would call it for 70% finished. I hope for some positive resonance. And I already would love to see some people, modding their own vehicles, buildungs and snow-textures :-) [/warn] Special thanks to: "legomoe" (rockraidersuntied.org) "RickyOs" (xentax.com) "matze" (friend) And sorry for my english, I'm from germany. Thanks for reading!1 point -

Perhaps he has moved on or changed his mind about the fandom? Yeah a bit of both. See, the people at Facepunch really frown upon LOVE AND TOLERANCE and all those other brony catchphrases they so love to wave around. That and other things got me thinking about how it's not really good to let one thing kind of define you. I don't want to be known as "the brony guy". I mean ponies falls into the realm of a guilty pleasure I indulge every now and then, but it's not something I really love any more. Now if you wanna know something I really like, Earthbound. Damn do I love Earthbound. No, you're not understanding me, I LOVE Earthbound.1 point -

RRU Quotes 2008-2013
McJobless reacted to Cyrem for a topic
Google is telling me people have searched these terms and then clicked on a result from RRU. Google says RRU appears around 180+ results back... so it's not close. (and it shouldn't be since there is only one topic on this forum about such things)1 point -

I haven't tested these specifically, but AE files are surprisingly flexible when adding new activities, at least for vehicles. My bet is that it's possible.1 point
