    LEGO Digital Designer LIF Extractor

Game Extractor has had the ability to extract LEGO Digital Designer LIF files for a while, but since Game Extractor isn't very stable, I wrote my own LIF extractor in Python. The download contains the Python source file for use with a python interpreter, as well as Windows 32 bit and Windows 64 bit executables. Download LIF Extractor GitHub For those of you who will probably ignore the Readme.txt file entirely, here's the information on it: You accept full responsibility for how you use this program. This program is released under GNU GPLv3. LIF Extractor is a command line utility for extracting the LIF files found in LEGO Digital Designer. It will extract all files contained inside the LIF archives, into folders adjacent to the archive it was called on. The LIFExtractor.py file requires a python installation to run. The executables found in the folders have no dependencies. Choose the proper folder for your operating system. The Python script has been tested to work on Python versions 2.7 through 3.2. To extract LIF files, pass the path to the LIF files as command line arguments to the program. On Windows, this can be done by dragging and dropping the LIF files onto the LIFExtractor.exe icon in the explorer window. This program was created to allow for interoperability with the LEGO Digital Designer formats. In order to properly read the LEGO Digital Designer formats, it is necessary to access the data contained with the LIF file archives.

If it doesn't sell well, TT will think it's because of the content and will never make another non-movie game again.

    LIME (LEGO Island Music Extractor)

Yes! Yes! Yes! I have already gotten a reply from the creator of LIME. And I have good news! Transcript of his reply: I got the message today at 2:08 AM (EST), so it will be tomorrow afternoon before he takes a look at it (at least, that's what I gather). LEGO Island modding, here we come! :D :D

I'm still not sold. If I buy a console, I buy it because I want to play a variety of games that I can't get on the PC or a console I already own. Buying a console just for one game is pointless. No matter how cool that game looks.

I think I broke it too

Lair. One of his LEGO Island YTPs had a scene where the Infomaniac with a flower on his head was turned green and distorted by an effect. I paused the video at the part where his neck got stretched, then took a screenshot, cropped it, saved as something like "infoderpiac 1.png" and sent it to Lair on Skype along with two other images for fun. Then he edited screenshots of the Infomaniac and used the character in even more videos and now he's the king of FLOWERS BE SHORT BE SHORT BE SHORT

Mario Kart Wii Is So Skill Based!

You all know what's a good cartoony item filled racing game that actually needs skill? Mod-Nation-Racers. No I mean it, it's very rarely based on luck. It has the racing mechanics of Mario kart such as drift boosting. The vehicle slamming of F-Zero. The reward/item/kartpart unlock system of LEGO Stunt Rally. AND the item upgrade system strait out of LEGO Racers. The game's challenge comes not from luck (or lack of luck), but from actually using all the above in an strategic way. In Mario Kart, drifting was a small little thing you could do to gain some ground. In Mod-Nation-Racers, drifting is an essential skill. Unfortunately if you suck at drifting, you'll be stuck at the 3/4ths mark. There's a track designed for drifting, and the main track favorite guy is pretty much the drifting king. Seriously, I'm freaking stuck, it blows, it blows hard. But I mean I'm not losing becuase of some blue-shell bulls***tery, I'm losing becuase I've yet to master drifting. Frustrating as it is, it's a legitimate challenge. If you want a good, fast paced, funny, challenging, cartoony, kart racer; Get yourself a PS3 and get this game.

A lot of companies since a lot of people would enjoy that kind of game? The whole second sentance is assuming everyone in the world thinks/feels the same way you do. Stop acting like your opinion is a fact. If Nintendo insists to make racing games, then I would, however, like to see something more expansive than Mario. Super Smash Bros Racing lol. lol
