A nice suggestion, but I prefer the original more saturated colours, I think they are more crisp and clear.3 points -

Blocumentary Season 2
Cyrem and one other reacted to lol username for a topic
In 2010, LEGO produced a video titled AFOL: A Blocumentary. The half-hour-long documentary is an interesting look into AFOLs, or Adult Fans of LEGO, and features many interviews with LEGO fans and footage from LEGO events. It's certainly well worth the watch, and can be seen in its entirety here, or split into several parts on the official LEGO YouTube channel. Now, LEGO has announced that a new season of Blocumentary episodes is in the works, and will hit the internet in 2013. If that's not good enough already, the trailer reveals that Rymdreglage will be making an appearance. Rymdreglage, also known as Ninja Moped, is a duo comprised of Daniel Larsson and Tomas Redigh. The two musicians create 8-bit music, often accompanied by LEGO stop-motion music videos. The original upload of their third music video, 8-Bit Trip, currently has over twelve and a half million views on YouTube, and they are currently working on the production of a sequel, 8-Bit Trip 2. Everybody is taking this doomsday stuff wrong. The Mayan calendar ends where I take over the world. They weren't going to make a new calendar because they knew all personal computers come with one built in, and by that point in time, it's pointless continuing their own. They even prepared tribute for me all those thousands of years ago. But then they went and wiped themselves out. I guess the new age will have to do without a bunch of Mayans piloting my starships. I'm quite flattered that everybody fears me so much, but really, when I told the Mayans "the world it will end," I meant "science shall rule rather than humans' greed for power. No more will inventors be persecuted for their revolutionary inventions. No more will retards with an education run around claiming to be scientists and impose lies upon the scientific community. No, science shall ascend into its rightful ruling place and people will learn the meaning of 'progress'." ^^^^^^^^^^^^ That, is what I think of all this 2012 hype.2 points

Asteroids are nowhere near as big as planets, and if it was too small to notice until afterwards then it would probably be too small to cause any catastrophic damage.1 point -
Just a quick question..

First off, welcome to RRU! Let me see if I understand you. You want to change the non-boss racers into some other racers, correct? Well, if so, (no offense here, lu9 ), but there is a much better way to do it. Extract LEGO.JAM using one of the JAM Extractor tools. Download origamiguy's >CircuitEdit tool and extract it somewhere (maybe your Desktop) Find the LEGORACE.CRB file in MENUDATA (it was just extracted from the JAM), and copy it to your Desktop. Run CircuitEdit and open LEGORACE.CRB. In the sidebar, select the race you want to change (they are in order that you race the tracks, sans the mirrored version). On the right, you will see a bunch of dropdown menus. Using them, select the two letter name of the racer you wish to put there (GB = Gov. Broadside, CR = Capt. Redbeard, RN = Ron 'N Hood, etc). When you are done, save your edited file. Copy your modded file back to MENUDATA. Move the original LEGO.JAM to a different folder (perhaps Save), so the game won't load it. Run the JAM Extractor again, but this time, recompress your modded files. Name the file LEGO.JAM, making sure it is in the folder as LEGORacers.exe Run LEGO Racers, and select the track you modded. Tada! You have just completed your first LEGO Racers mod! Please continue on to the next lesson, "Racers 1999 or 2001?"1 point -

Do you mind if I add one of my own? Slowpoke (It's a slowpoke from Pokemon. Some people say it's surprisingly intelligent behind that stupid look on its face. Meh, it's just slow, like its name suggests. Use sparingly when fitting.)1 point -

I guess my biggest complaint is when there's a bunch of red usernames on the page at once. It looks nice when there's one or two, but when entire sections of the page are red it's kinda, well, shocking I guess. At one time I also had an issue with the orange usernames back when both donators and non-donator contributors were lumped together under contributor. There were just so many of them that it was a bit bright for the dark background. This post is intended to be self-deminstrating1 point -

Improvement Poll: Community News
STUDZ reacted to Lair for a topic
This is most excellent news for me I have stuff I can submit to game reviews. Like literally dozens of PC games, a lot from when I was younger. That last bit should give you some warning that some of them are weird and that I'll probably not judge them well by holding them to the standards of the games I play today. I'll try to be fair, but expect either a lot of criticism or just chaos. edit: lol hard @ sonic322 voting no for rockwhale news1 point -

Just get the PC version? I mean, TT has said outright that they try to release their LEGO games on every platform and take advantage of the strengths and weaknesses of each, so it's not like this is only going to be on one console unlike every other big LEGO game they've done. Take a look at the upper right. See the giant pirate head and parrot? Now look to the left in this screenshot: It's Mount Rushmore with the four presidents replaced with minifigures from the first four LEGO themes - pirates, castle, town, and space. TT Games, you have made my day. Also: http://www.ign.com/articles/2012/12/14/lego-city-undercover-grand-theft-lego-x-cheesy-cop-movies1 point -

So, buy the sets and not the game to show interest in the theme, and then keep flooding TTGame's email with stuff about how the game should have been multi-platformed.1 point
