Inspired by AcePilot90's Basil the bat...MAN?! (I hope you don't mind!), and using decals found at LEGO Superheroes and MORE!!!, I have created textures for some of the main DC characters. To add them to your game (assuming the JAM file has been extracted), extract the file and copy all the bitmap images it contains into GAMEDATACOMMON and MENUDATAPARTDB. Enjoy! I have some screenshots in the spoiler below.

LEGO DeLorean. I have been waiting for this moment for YEARS. And I personally don't care HOW crappy it is. It would be a helluva lot better than any MOC I would be able to make with the resources I've got. That, and I don't think LEGO can get away with making the DeLorean TOO crappy. But on the other hand... The MINECRAFT set... NO. TLG will NOT ruin one of the two iconic time machines of my childhood (the other being the TARDIS from Doctor Who). And if they do, I will PERSONALLY go back in time, using ONE POINT TWENTY-ONE JIGGAWATTS of power, FORCE TLG to prevent this, and all will be well with the universe. [/fanboying] Next on my list: LEGO Doctor Who.

They're based on the concepts provided, not the specific images. This concept specifically called for a very high number of totally new pieces.

The only things you could possibly be going by to say that are the original fan models (which in no way reflect the final design), or the preliminary model in the video, which is very clearly a prototype as indicated by the on-screen text and only briefly seen in a low resolution from one angle. I'll make the final decision once I see the final set, but as of right now I'm interested in purchasing it. Did you even look at the project...? There's like 25 custom parts, not counting custom prints on existing parts, and impossible amounts of high detail. I don't think LEGO has ever revealed exactly how much a single mold can cost, but it's often upwards of $100,000 from what most sources say. Also, from the official blog:
