To do this: V+A then get on a car or bike or something, then get off when the interaction sequence is at the ocean. You will then be able to walk on the water whenever, and (almost) everyone else on the island would start walking on the water as well.

Update (2022-12-29): I don't know how often I will use this forum, but I just wanted to write that once in a while I still make Insane Raiders themed comics. I'm not sure if this belongs here, since Skyboxes are gradients, rather than textures, but they change in-game visuals, so it's sort of fitting, I suppose. Anyway, I created some personal in-game backgrounds (skyboxes), based on the backgrounds from box deisgns and catalogues. Since LR1 skyboxes are defined by a mere three colours, the possibilities are sort of limited, but I chose to share this anyway... You can actually do this without debug mode, and can get them to walk around at the level of the helicopter too. I have a video of it I recorded somewhere, showing how to do it, but it's pretty low quality... I'll see if I can re-do it. All you need to do is click on the helicopter while in the jet ski.

I'm assuming you downloaded the Binary File Editor? In which case you'd need the .NET Framework 4 (in the same topic post) successfully installed for it to work. I, for instance, can only use the tool on my Windows 7 computer rather than on my Windows XP laptop, because the .NET Framework 4 won't install on my laptop (that, or the Binary File Editor isn't compatible with it). Additionally, you can follow this tutorial by RobExplorien which describes the process excellently, if the program is working and you're just unsure how to go about the modding. Side note: some people may prefer a little less demanding request than 'Tell me pls'
