I have recreated all of Lego Island's buildings in Lego Digital Designer. Decals and certain elements (The starting line of the race track, and the wire of the gas station's fuel pump) aren't included. Done what, exactly?

This is not a helpful post for a topic that hasn't been looked at in two and a half years. I'm sure it does the same for most people. If you have any information on what causes it, that would be nice, but otherwise...why. I think you mean GBC? The GBA games are almost all decent at minimum.

I think I have a hunch of what may be going on for you though first I have a few questions... A. What sort of pieces were you zooming in on, round/pole, regular bricks, or technic? B. Under preferences, do you have have Advanced Shading, High-quality rendering of bricks placed in the scenes, High-quality rendering of bricks in the Brick Palette, or Outlines on bricks on? C. Are there a large amount of transparent parts in the scene?

I've re-uploaded these great models. PWNZOR's 2+year patience for these to be tested has held quite well. Give him a treat.

There are some strange disparities between the PC and Playstation versions of LEGO Racers. In addition to what you noticed, there also seems to be a bit more patching up around scrapped shortcuts in the Playstation version than the PC version (there is no longer a gap in the waterfall on Dark Forest Dash). For the most part, it seems like things they probably wanted to do with the PC version, but simply didn't have time. I also noticed that Veronica Voltage's path on Pirate Skull Pass is different between the two versions, which perhaps indicates that the developers were taking the unique challenges the console version of the game presented players into account. It may be that Veronica's paths on the other courses are different as well, but I haven't payed close enough attention to be certain. In Pirate Skull Pass, it is exceedingly obvious: In the Playstation version, she takes a sharp turn in between the support for the pirate bridge and the rock behind it to get a white brick, whereas she never does this on the PC.

You are lucky, the installer won't even run for me. Nice offtopic post. I made it that way because I got sick of the all caps titled posts, it looks horrible and makes you look like a spammer. If I could allow "Rru" to be all caps I would, but I can't. It's either one or the other.
