  3. I don't really need to say anything in reply to what you said to me, everyone has pretty much covered it. The LEGO Chima theme is not my cup of tea coffee and so I do not know anything about it's story or 'world'. Regardless, it doesn't matter if it's a bird/robot/plane/car/ant/clown... it doesn't change what I said about visualizing your story. I'm just trying to help you write a better. On the LMB's I see you've received comments like 'cool'/'awesome' etc. While these comments are nice and up-building... they have no criticism/ideas/suggestions of any kind. Believe it or not, this is a bad thing. You have no bar to measure your story against and no way of knowing if you're getting better or worse. We have provided you with feedback better than all of those "cool" comments combined, we've given you things to work on to help you be a better writer. This will help you write stories for ages to come. EDIT: I see you added a new chapter. Unfortunately because you copied it from the LMB's it has all the bad style formatting with it. To get rid of the bad styling (I'm talking about the white text background) paste it in Notepad, copy the text in Notepad, then paste it into the topic. This will get rid of the styling. Alternatively, there is a button in this editor (top right, looks like a gear) which has the option of pasting as plain text, turn that on. The new chapter is also full of spelling mistakes, but I'll leave that up to you to fix this time.

I already hit 75 a while before I made this topic. You were at 70 this morning so I'm pretty sure you've done many more since then. So I dub the, Lair of Rockwhales, the first man to Post-A-Thon. With all your success and all, what will you do NEXT?

Seeing as we have a massive topic to dump amusing quotes in, I thought it might be cool if we had a topic to dump awesome LEGO stuff in - like, things people have posted on other sites, whether it's individual models, dioramas, 2D or 3D art, or animations. Anything LEGO related you find inspirational. I wouldn't go about posting your own stuff, though, we have a subforum for that - just stuff other people have made. Here's a little something to kick it off.

It is a reaction which has absolutely nothing to do with the subject. There is nothing related to space of any kind, unless you are referring to the total volume that the biggest head fills. Perhaps I should just report every instance of you posting that link as spam? Eh, I'll probably do it anyway. EDIT: I see that this is not the space clip. However, I really don't care. It's better to post pictures than audio, as I can always see pictures but not always access the audio, plus there is more humor to see in visuals. Or better yet, write out your thoughts in words. Either way, I'm going to look at all the posts you've done recently, and I hope they will not be portal clips. EDIT 2: now that i have actually heard what it is i want you to pack your bags

    LMS?

It seems fairly obvious to me that LMS is a play on HMS or RMS (Her Majesty's Ship or Royal Mail Ship, respectively). The L is almost certainly for LEGO, and the S is (obviously) for Ship, but I don't believe that the M was ever supposed to stand for anything. I also don't think that the M is for Mining, as I always thought that the Explorer was more of an Enterprise-type ship, built for, well, exploring, and only started mining out of necessity when they lost power. Could be wrong though. EDIT: Wikipedia is my friend. I think I may have solved this mystery: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Motor_ship Behold, the Lego Motor Ship. Sorry to disappoint.

Wow, I've seen some of those videos before, but combining them all into one thread... So much awesomeness... Personally I love this Rock Raiders diorama. The cave has been constructed so well. O.T. Ha, when searching 'Rock Raiders Diorama' on Google, the first results were my Drome Racers diorama photos.

Ah, I've seen some of his stuff before, the pizza delivery ones I found pretty amusing. Though when it comes to humor in LEGO stop motions, I tend to prefer more... surreal things. And speaking of pizza and surreal humor, this animation by Keshen8 had me cracking up laughing when I first saw it: And of course, SpastikChuwawa is easily the king of surreal but hilarious LEGO stop motion animations: And 0ldScratch... And ZachMG... ... And so many more videos by those guys, and so many other guys with awesome videos, but it appears I can only embed four at a time. :P

I bet that some already know about this person, but he makes excellent stop-motionvideos. I'm talking about Michael Hickox. His stop-motions are among the best of LEGO stop-motions I have found on the internet so far. He uses creative and humorous elements in his stop-motions, and it has a good framerate. Below is one of his videos, it is one of his top five stop-motions. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8FAt7ze-QLQ

I have no proper name for this, so I just call it Wheels.

This is a multi function vehicle as you can see here: Close up on the two scales (a small L-scale model and a 2L-scale RC). You can also see two of the four steering motors in the RC version: What moves the RC is EIGHT XL motors, one in each wheel as so: A better look at the original L-scale model:

  33. Calm. Down. Y u hv 2 b mad? It seems as though you completely ignored our advice, blamed copy and pasting, LMB and then more-or-less "attacked" (a little too strong) the admin who has been trying to help you (and his posts have been some of the nicest in this entire thread). Now, it's your story, so do what you want with it, but frankly I can't see myself reading this seriously anytime in the future unless the writer gets and attitude change and starts to implement the many things that we have suggested to make your story better. Focusing on this bit, no-one who isn't regularly checking and memorising LEGO catalogs will have any clue what this is. Cyrem (or at least I don't) doesn't particularly care what it is, because he's not here to learn what sets to buy. He's here to help you. There was no indication for people like myself who don't buy LEGO sets on a regular basis anymore that what you mentioned was a real set. Don't tell us to "check" because there's no way to determine what we need to "check" without being told first.

LEGO Castle Images Surface (And Insight from McStudz)

Wow those buildings are bland. The colour scheme is... simple. Maybe LEGO should look at having two Medieval themes, one for kids... one for adults. Kids can be all simple and for the adults, more detailed, far better colouring and perhaps the more Gothic style buildings like they should be. Are you referring a LEGO Flash game on their website? BTW: The King's Castle Siege link is broken.
