The 4th Skype Libs! story! #4) ALICE'S UPSIDE-DOWN WORLD Lewis Carroll's classic, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, as well as its [CORNY] sequel, Through the Looking [ZEPH], have enchanted both young and old [CHICKENS] for the last [69] years. I'm really tired of hearing things about the game being "unfinished". If this game qualifies as unfinished, then so does every other game in the entire world. They just ran out of time and couldn't add a few features they were hoping to. It's a perfectly normal part of making a game. In fact I got so tired of hearing about it that I took that statement off the Wikipedia page. Anyway, it only seems to bug out on NT-based OSs, including Windows 2000. I have never had that happen on a 9x system, though I have never tried D3D HAL because none of my 9x computers support it. But for the most part, it usually runs the ending sequence just fine. In fact... http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=xyqXZDyR-RA#t=6146s3 points -

Were there even any real features that they didn't get in? Wes said they were able to fit in pretty much everything they had wanted to, and the only thing I can think of that's possibly "unfinished" is the ability to change the appearance of the bank and super store.1 point -

The Cavern Raider

Sorry for this very late entry, I actually wanted to enter it yesterday, but then Lithium said the competition was closed (guessed it was according to Australian Time) so I thought it was too late. I hope this still qualifies for the competition. So, I've decided to send in the Cavern Raider as my competition entry. Those that have visited the "Your Creations" forum would be familiar with it, though it has slightly changed now. This eight-wheeled monster is the probably the ultimate vehicle any RR could have dreamed of. Think of it as a Chrome Crusher, a Tunnel Transport and part of a RR HQ combined into one single vehicle. The Cavern Raider is unique as it is the only land based vehicle that can actually fly, thanks to its flight mechanism adapted from the Tunnel Transport. Just below it is the Data Center, where communications is managed and information gathered is stored away. For mining purposes, it is equipped with a Geological Station, a Mining Laser Tower, 3 drills and 2 laser beams located at the cockpit. This helps it to quickly locate crystals/minerals and mine them. Addtionally, there is a hoverboard kept at the back of the vehicle for scouting purposes, allowing more ground to be covered. Lastly, the Cavern Raider boasts an impressive defense array. This includes the Mining Laser Tower, as well as lasers and flamethrowers which are mounted all over the vehicle. No monsters are safe when the Cavern Raider is around. Again, I apologise for this late entry. :(1 point -
