Also, I've never seen the Xbox version of Drome Racers in the wild... It's either really rare or actually never got released for some reason or another. I've only seen box art. I'm gonna try to contact this guy and see if he has any more info.

There is an English version somewhere. I saw the same ad back in 04, it was saying something about how you could build your own cars, if I remember correctly. Don't have the catalog anymore though (I don't think).

Would recommend changing the text color. White might do the trick. Very hard to read the sharp font in that color against black background.

This time, he stole a jetpack prototype, and is now on the loose causing mayhem and destruction... I haven't built my own LEGO models for a while, and have been gradually building my LEGO collection up to start again. This is a small little creation I made, a jetpack with lots of gadgety bits and bobs, but I thought I'd share it with RRU anyway. Photos The jetpack fits tightly around the minifigure, and is operated by a control stick in either hand. Pipes lead from the main generator into two lasers, which are capable of firing hot energy equivalent to eating a spicy hot chili pizza. The back of the jetpack has lots of pretty lights The main generator (red) is powered by being fed pizza, and breaking it down. The hotter the pizza, the more energy it produces. The main thrusters are at the base, while directional thrusters are attached at the top for steering. Is there such things as a PS2 model? I didn't think Playstation had their own model format. There isn't, different PS2 games use different model formats. Of course, some formats may be shared between games, but there is no such thing as a standard "PS2 model".

I have a lead on the 3D models, per a conversation with Phaze Holic. It seems to think that (after contacting a dev to ask about the models), the models may be PS2 models. Considering there are PS2 and PC files in the files, it is feasible to assume they used the same assets for each port. In that case, they could have easily used PS2 3D models in the game and have the PC port read them.

I swapped PODIUM.MD2 and PODIUM_LO_POLY.MD2. I didn't know what to expect, but I sure wasn't expecting this:

It would look a lot more polished if you used 1x1 round tiles (City has plentiful in translucent colors), instead of translucent round 1x1 plates.

So... yeah, This happened when I copied a DIGGER.MD2 model and renamed it POLICE_CHOPPER.MD2 replacing the current police chopper model. Sorry for such a bad view of the actual flying digger. I threw this together very quickly and did it in one take for the recordings. Also i didn't know whether too put this under Mods,Screenshots or Fan Fictions.
