Well let me tell you, because I organized my downloads to be the same hickory as the game, you can easily download it and extract the files to your game data folder. This allows you to easily see what the models are directly from the comfort of your window browser. It should work fine. But just a warning - I think high-poly models use up more RAM than normal, and Baz's Mod often crashes, so you might get more crashes than usual. Otherwise it should work.
