Yesterday, three bold adventurers set out on a quest. A quest to locate one of the three strongholds located in this vast, pixelated land. A quest for treasure; a quest to slay all the beasts within. A quest to locate the portal to... THE END. The brave warriors who embarked on this journey are as follows: Arthuriel, from the deserts to the South, known for his loyalty and courage. Fushigisaur, a fearless warrior who has conquered death dozens of times over. JimbobJeffers, a miner with adequate skill all-around (but master of nothing). Below are artist depictions of the events that occurred during this most arduous of adventures.3 points -

RRU Quotes 2: Reckoning
noghiri and 2 others reacted to Cirevam for a topic
I propose a ground rule: Don't ever quote yourself, unless you are quoting an entire conversation that you had taken part in, and you are not the one providing that 'punchline'. If what you said was funny enough, someone else will quote you. Sound good? Can we also please also establish the rule of including a quote when you reply to someone, so that every post in the quotes thread has a quote? [12:46:11 AM] Joe: yAH I'll make it official. You should not quote yourself unless it is part of a conversation with another RRU member. It should be noted that having a conversation in here and quoting random people to get around these ground rules is probably not the best way to use this topic. There are other avenues of communication you can use to discuss quotes.3 points -
My Lego Racers Car Collection
aidenpons and one other reacted to UTF for a topic
I like the Castle chassis. For some reason, I feel it handles the best out of the default chassis. Do you just have a problem with its odd tipping animation, or...?There's a couple more Kahukas to come. The black part on Redstab's front (Which is a 3 x 6 plate without corners placed on top of two 2 x 3 plates I think) is actually one of my favorite parts in the game. It works best on the default "classic" chassis, which you'll see very soon. Color splits are fun, yes. You'll see it a few more times. Speed Demon has to be one of my favorite minifig designs in my Racers collection for sure. He's a demon on wheels. I use red that much? I thought I used too much blue... There's actually some cars left that have "red" in their name, so there's still quite a few red car to go around. Only 2 cars have red in this update, though. He's not an Insectoid? I knew I'd get some wrong info. I've been googling stuff labout the old 90s Lego themes just to make sure I'd get them right. I guess I messed that up! I'll probably fix that. *shrug emoticon here* ~~~Blueblack~~~ ~~~Big Spacebug~~~ ~~~Turbo Joe~~~ ~~~Toughie~~~ ~~~Battle Kahuka~~~ ~~~Racing Racer~~~ ~~~Governor BW~~~ ~~~Gentleman~~~ ~~~Wiz Kid~~~ ~~~Offroader~~~ ~~~End of part 4~~~ I apologize for the lateness of this update. This was supposed to be posted yesterday, but I somehow didn't get the time to post it. A good portion of this was actually written at like, 2 AM. You can probably tell which ones by how ridiculous they are.2 points -

RRU Quotes 2: Reckoning

I find it ironic that your rule post did not contain a quote after establishing the rule that all posts must contain a quote. [6:03:16 AM] Joe9412: I want you ben [6:03:22 AM] Joe9412: to be with me [6:03:33 AM] Joe9412: and we can drink coke all day [6:03:35 AM] McJobless: I want you Joe [6:03:38 AM] McJobless: to blow a whale. [6:03:46 AM] McJobless: I'd rather sleep all day tomorrow. [6:03:48 AM] McJobless: But, work. I don't know what's going on but I had to quote something to reply.1 point -

I sense a fight coming... Bring it on! I'm a dragon so I'll just eat all of you. Now, now. Let's slow down and perform some logical analysis before we jump to conclusions. Santa Claus is a fantasy character with magical powers who works with elves. Fantasy characters with magical powers who work with elves typically appear in fairy tales. Fairy types are super effective against dragon types. By my calculations, Santa Claus is a dragon slayer.1 point -

Er, either I'll stay out of this or I'll break up the fight. If I do the latter, all ye clothes shall disappear in flames and many of ye will have to deal with an angry laser cutter piloting a robot anthro dog with metal claws while teleporting around while laser cutting.1 point -

I see what you mean, and I'mma try to fix that. I think I'm going to redo the blue engines entirely, and when I do I'll be sure and make them pointy-er. Thanks for the kind words^^ I think he meant mini-model, as in minikit, as in smaller-than-minifig-scale. YES. I only have the one picture at the moment, I'll post more later.1 point
