I don't know about you, but I really dislike playing in windowed mode, especially in games that are (surprisingly) atmospheric. I thought I'd share my workaround with the site if anyone wants to see what I do. This is what I have the game looking like on my machine: As you can see, it looks quite a bit like a full-screen game maintaining aspect-ratio. I find the black space around the window much less distracting than a wallpaper or miscellaneous icons. To achieve this, first, set the wallpaper either completely black or mostly black. This is the wallpaper I made to go with the game. The game window covers up the crystals. Similarly, you'll want to make sure all your icons are hidden as well. Right click the desktop and go to View > Show desktop icons. A much better idea. Next, you need to right-click on the desktop, go to Personalize > Color, and choose a grey color. Then turn the intensity all the way up and the brightness all the way down. This will change the edges of the window so they match the background, further adding to the illusion of a window-less game. Also, if this is too much work for every time you want to play Rock Raiders, you can save the color and background by finding Personalize > Save Theme. You can then quickly double click the theme and it will set all this up automatically. Finally, right-click the taskbar, go to Properties, and check Auto-Hide the Taskbar to make that go away. Also, you can change the resolution settings by right-clicking the desktop and choosing Screen Resolutions. If you set up Cafeteria, you probably won't need to do this but if not, click Advanced Settings > List all modes > 800x600, True Color (32 bit), 60 hertz I don't know if this is at all helpful, or if anyone really cares, but I find it much more enjoyable playing like this so I thought I'd annoy everyone else with it.

I created this language during my spare time between classes, It's still a concept so more characters will be added and some changed. When I started this language I wanted to experiment with different combinations of sounds in a single character such as "tchet" (pronounced "cheht") or "suhe" (pronounced "shueh"). The first set of characters are called the Dur"Dae (Base) characters, and unfortunately my English handwriting is not at it's best. Probably due to the fact that I don't use it that much....

There is one problem with using a VM, though -- it requires you to own another expensive Windows license in order for it to work, and not everybody (myself included) has access to one of those. Also, it has to be Windows XP or better -- I don't know of any VM or emulator that supports 3D acceleration below that OS, aside from VMware which does it on as low as 2000 (which I've found to be less reliable than XP with compatibility anyway). Who said spontaneous teleportation is free? Dark magic post offices are very pricey. And you can't forge biochecks. It just doesn't work like that. The dark magic you said wouldn't work and nothing would be under that log. Sorry, but you can't just go ripping people off. That's not how it works. So I touched all of these masks up as I made them metallic and shiny, but for them to look really good, I would have to put a lot more time and effort into them to get all of the extra highlights and contrast into it. Here they are and some older ones for comparison. You can really see a lot of the details when they have high contrast. Original Gold New Gold Silver This silver akaku looks like a rock. So do all but the kaukau and miru. I don't have a new mask today, but you don't notice that past all of the shiny. I'm blaming it on being sick this time.

I hope you mean "unless". "Until" seems incredibly self-entitled and arrogant. So far you've asked incessantly about seemingly unused textures in a game that is still in development, and you seem stuck in the notion that you're going to be part of the dev team. Meanwhile in reality, that ain't gonna happen. Spend some time (a lot) improving your craft, and maybe you'll stand a chance. If you want to show what you're capable of, try doing that, instead of taking the lazy route of retouching art from another game. I don't know how much you know about the game development process, but stealing assets straight from the work of others is just not done.

There is a single slider in Photoshop that does what you did with those textures. Moving a slider is not skill. Creating something from scratch or altering something significantly is the beginning of skill. Creating your own content for a project that both fits the aesthetic of the project and pleases the developers is another step. Producing something that someone would actually use to demonstrate the extend of your skill is yet another step. You don't get to require membership on a project with money involved just to later demonstrate that you cannot produce what the project leaders are looking for. So far, you have yet to begin walking.
