Hello, So, many of you now know me by the RRU MC Server, however, for those of you that I don't know or don't know me. HELLO THERE! This post is mainly just some of my thoughts throughout this whacky and crazy week I've had this week. Filled with tests, quizzes, and some unfortunate circumstances. It turned out to be quite a doozy! Some of you already know from my Twitter, but earlier this week, Wednesday, in fact...I got in a car accident. No one was seriously injured thank goodness, however, it could've been. We were hit by a pickup truck at a stoplight fully stopped at 50MPH. The truck was well above us so it could've gone over the car, crushing us. We could've hit the car in front of us, but we were able to avoid it. So many circumstances, and to think we could've been seriously injured, or died. But we were able to avoid such...it's, humbling to know that you can live another day after such circumstances. Never do I want to forget what a gift it is to live and breath another day. I currently have Whiplash, I may or may not feel it or not, I honestly don't know. But this week has taught me many lessons, all of which I won't forget for a long long time.

Truthfully, I didn't quite know you disappeared. It's kinda natural for members to go away and come back for periods of time without explaining themselves. No one requires you to give an account of your doings. People do it mainly out of courtesy. Nevertheless, welcome back, solider. O.T. Shouldn't this have been a status update?

I'm not sure that GImages.idb is necessarily missing. I got the same message when I tried to run the game with an uncompiled JAM archive (not knowing which version of the game I had). I think that's probably the first file that LEGOracers.exe looks for inside LEGO.JAM, and if there's a problem with reading the JAM archive, that's the first error the game will encounter. So I don't think that having a new copy of GImages.idb will help, nor does your problem really have anything to do with that file in particular; I think the game is simply unable to read files from the JAM for whatever reason.

I find it amusing how le is apparently impersonating himself with his avatar. Surely that's not very difficult, but more importantly: why didn't he post last year?

What Ayliffe said is true. This is called Impersonate le717 Day, but it does not actually last a day. It lasts as much as the RRU members' hearts desire.
