    How to import your own models

    Hey guys! If you missed what I said in chatbox, here's the general message; I've been playing for some time now and have modded the game quite a bit. TT also left a mods folder in app data. Should be here: \AppData\Roaming\Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment\LEGOWorlds\Mods\Models\ (you drop them in here) Now, what if you want to import your LDD creations? Well, first get your model into the lxfml format. (the game ONLY takes this format) There are heavy piece restrictions and angle restrictions but it does work. I will be posting some LU model packs I made. They should show up in your premade model area in-game once you've put them in the mods folder. EDIT: If you're trying to make the lfxml, here's how; 1. Get the desired model (LDD model) and open it in 7-zip or winrar. (or just, when in LDD, export the model as an lxfml) 2. Extract the lxfml from it. 3. Bring that lxfml to the mods/Models folder

    How to unlock any characters/vehicles

    First things first, you need to extract the game files from the GAME.DAT file. Use QuickBMS and the TT Games script to get the game files extracted. Rename the GAME.DAT to GAME2 or something. Or delete it. Now, in \chars\ there should be a collection.txt. That's where all character & vehicle prices are listed. To unlock unused chars/vehicles: Here's an example "unused" character (this being a LEGO Friends character): //collect "Minidoll_Player" Now here's what the line should look like to have it unlocked: collect "Minidoll_Player" UnlockedByDefault You might be able to add customiser_parts on the end to have her unlocked to use for pieces, but not sure. Haven't tried that. To unlock used chars/vehicles: Maybe you don't like exploring to find the stuff. Maybe you just want the cool vehicles unlocked. First, comment the line out. This is what you want the line to appear like: //collect "70502_NinjagoEarthDriller" UnlockedByDefault Then start up the game, go into your world, and exit the game. Go back to collection.txt and uncomment the line: collect "70502_NinjagoEarthDriller" UnlockedByDefault It will now believe it is new and unlocked by default and give it to you for free.

    Papu and Rangi

    Pretty shortly after Christian Faber posted this video documenting concepts for the original Voodoo Heads that eventually became BIONICLE, someone threw up a topic on Eurobricks offering brick-built versions of the iconic heads. GK733 took the idea and ran with it, using a modified version of one of the heads in this awesome MoC that he dubbed a Great Being. That really fueled my imagination, and now I've built up something of my own based on his design. As you can see, the core of the designs are taken straight from GK733's MoC. What I did was switch things up to bring in more of the Voodoo Head aesthetic. The heads are also completely custom - I feel like the Islanders theme had a strong influence on BIONICLE's earliest conceptual art direction, and made Papu and Rangi to be siblings to Kahuka in design. Together Rangi Side Back Head Papu Side Back Head For those who don't know, Papu and Rangi are easily the most mysterious of BIONICLE characters. Their names are derived from the Mother and Father gods of Maori, Ranginui and Papatuanuku, which is more than likely why they only appear in passing conversation in the Mata Nui online game - once the Maori lawsuit hit LEGO realized they needed to cover up the evidence they were actually using Maori gods in their story fast and had the only places they had appeared thus far, those vague mentions in Mata Nui, struck from the record. I personally believe that they were conceived as the original Great Beings of the BIONICLE mythos, to later be replaced by a bunch of bumbling idiots who decided they were better than everyone else because they had super cool powers. Either way, they were definitely god-tier - Nokama speaks of how they plan the fates and Jala says that they named Ta-Koro as the village of fire. Papu is the blue one - I envisioned her as the warrior of the two and gave her a more dynamic pose to convey that. Rangi is the balancing avatar of knowledge, taking a more hunched and wizened stance. Their attributes are reflected in the Toa Kaita - Akamai of Valor, and Wairuha of Wisdom. Sorry the photos are only okay, I don't have much to work with. Oh! And while we're here, here's another thing I made.
