    Custom Bricks for LDD

I just wanted to share my progress on creating custom bricks for LDD. As you can see by the following images, I've succeeded at what many thought impossible: importing custom models into LDD. I have cracked the structure of the .g file format but I still have problems with a section that has to do with the outlines/borders of the bricks. I am now working on an editor to create the xml that goes with the model which specifies the collision and connection information.

    Custom Bricks for LDD

POLYMAKER YOU ARE MY NEW BEST FRIEND NOW. Sorry Larry. Edit: Wait, nevermind. You don't use per-pixel shaders or AA in LDD so we can't be friends. Alright Larry, you're still my best friend now again!

    We Have a Spinny

Well, it's not exactly the most visually exciting of videos. But, thanks to the awesome work Stopsecret did in his Rocket Script, Crash's helpful answering of questions, and a little search-fu, I successfully imported the Galactic Peacekeeper into Unity - apparently it doesn't have too many polygons - and can spin it around using keyboard controls! (Apologies for video quality, I'm still mastering FRAPS...) If you imagine there's a dark starry sky racing past in this first one, it gets a lot more engaging. This one has a lot more spin - and reveals a lot more issues with missing overlapping* faces. (Don't worry, it can do more than turn in a barrel roll. I had FRAPS issues, and the only video I got of it from a different angle was awkward enough that I didn't upload it.) Well, it's definitely got issues that need fixing. But as far as it goes, it also works - in its own way - which is a heck of a lot more than what I had when I started a few days ago. Not sure what the best next step would be - try to get flying a bit better, model a good test map, etc... *Thanks go to le for pointing that out.

    A Chase

    From the album: Random/Misc stuff

Just a muck-about in Source Filmmaker using Xiron's Classic LEGO Games model pack. I guess if I wasn't lazy, I would make an animation out of this, but for now (and possibly forever) it'll be a picture. (NOTE: The map and the rocks/plantation in the image are not from Xiron's pack)

MIND BENDER: A 2D Infinite Platformer

Hello, a few people on RRU know I've been working on a game recently, a mobile game in fact. I call it, MIND BENDER! This is a 2D Infinite Platformer with a bit of a twist. This game is not made to work exactly how you want it to everytime, the key phrase I like to use is, "The Controls Are Not Your Friend." The controls will at random not function exactly how you expect them to or how you want them to. This game is designed to see how far you can with random twists being thrown at you. This is made to be difficult and not to be defeated as a whole. I need some testers willing to test performance and tweaks I add to the game as it comes. Remember though, things that appear as bugs may not be, maybe they are there for a reason. Anyways! If you would like to help test please leave a comment below, and I'll contact you. The game currently is an Android only game. This could change later! I'm currently hoping to save for a Google Play License to officially post it on Google Play later on, and hopefully to iOS at some point. If you have ANY questions, feel free to ask! Island Xtreme Stunts (GBA) Playthrough

As directed by my poll results (thanks again to the voters for their suggestions!), I present to everyone a playthrough series of the Gameboy Advance version of Island Xtreme Stunts Just a few notes about the game: Unlike the main version, this port is completely oriented around minigames - there (sadly) isn't an open world to explore Most of the PC's minigame titles are present, but some of the objectives are completely different. For example, "Air Chase" will have you either shoot nets at boats or catch falling passengers (the final level combines both tasks) There are also three new minigames: "Pizza Overload", "Skate Park", and "Loosen Up" Interestingly, this port seems to be a lot more connected to the LEGO Island Xtreme Stunts Theme than the PC version Enjoy the series!
