How to do air tricks with the car: 1. Get into the car and drive forward 2. Spam 'y' until you reach a good height 3. Wait for the car to fall towards the ground 4. When your car hits the ground, repeat step 2 5. Pepper does his Xtreme Stunts 6. Repeat steps 2-5 if you want to keep doing it 7. By some sheer fault, you give up on doing "stunts" and the car falls halfway into the ground, even when you spam 'y' to fix it. It also moves ridiculously fast backwards when S is pressed in a combination with A or D, Enjoy. And yes, 7 is actually a bug I encountered, unfortunately I don't have any video or image proof that it happened and I don't know what caused the issue, meaning I don't have the best retracable steps to help you find the bug.

Looks like I was doing all kinds of wonky stuff on those PCM files. I have released an update which should fix that and some other bugs.

Because @le717 told me to watch this: I went and took a few quick photos of my LEGO World Club Magazine (July-August 2001) This was also in there (along with a lot of other stuff obviously):

    Nexus Farce: Ingress of Imagination

EDIT: HEY LEGO MESSAGE BOARD MODERATION TEAM, ELIMBIER IS ONE OF MINE. IT'S NOT PLAGIARISM, OKAY? A few years ago, I tasked myself with a writing exercise to expand on the LEGO Universe origin story, told in a dramatic and engaging narrative. It was exceedingly dark with embellished descriptions and edgy dialog. Up to now it hasn’t been published… I’d personally like to keep it that way. Excessive purple prose, said bookisms, and unrealistic diction are just a few of its infractions against the literary hobby. Thus, I buried it and eventually exhumed it a year or so later, incinerated the corpse, and built something completely different atop its remains. Hopefully this one is comically serviceable. I’m also planning to post this incrementally on the Elimbies, just to see what extent of scatological subterfuge the moderators will tolerate. I may share my results in a blog afterward. Feedback is appreciated, provided that it only reinforces my narcissistic outlook. Criticism, constructive or otherwise, will be overlooked in favor of glowing reviews by the mindless masses. New chapters will be published every Friday, and the accompanying vignettes will be posted in a separate topic in the LEGO Creations forum. LEGO Nexus Farce: Ingress of Imagination Written by Brigs Chapter 1 - Johnny Thunder and the Quest for the MacGuffin Chapter 2 - Typhonus Chapter 3 - Albert Chapter 4 – Albert’s Abode Chapter 5 - Assembling the Build Alliance Chapter 6 – A Gratuitous, Tangential Lesson in Imaginary Physics Chapter 7 – K.O.I. Chapter 8 – The Smothering Interlude 1: An Excerpt from Typhonus’s Journal Chapter 9 – Space is a Figurative Ocean Interlude 2 – Another Excerpt from Typhonus’s Journal Chapter 10 – Templar Chapter 11 – Executive Meddling Interlude 3 – Yet Another Excerpt from Typhonus’s Journal Chapter 12: Gallant V Interlude 4: Yet Again Another Excerpt from Typhonus’s Journal Chapter 13: Traversing the Reaches of Space and Time Chapter 14: The Ingress To whomever the poor sap is who decides to write up a TV Tropes entry for this monstrosity, you have my deepest sympathies.

    Nexus Farce: IoI Vignettes

As the title implies, these are the vignettes which accompany Nexus Farce: Ingress of Imagination. Below are alternative views of the models and a brief description. Chapter 1 - Johnny Thunder and the Quest for the MacGuffin "Johnny Thunder and the Quest for the MacGuffin" Much of this model's inspiration ostensibly comes from classic Adventurers sets and the slightly more recent Indiana Jones sets. The eponymous MacGuffin is a Voltstone from the Insectoids theme, which is called an Imaginite Crystal in LEGO Universe. Includes one Johnny Thunder and one affable dismembered skeleton. The symbol behind our hero is a simplification of the insignia seen inside the Nexus Temple in the story cinematic trailer. The elevated region is also shaped after the insignia. The First Builders and Mythran apparently have a penchant for triangular geometries. A dozen of those useless flick-fire projectiles are embedded in the wall, and to their right is that one conspicuously protruding brick. A couple friendly swinging blades are suspended to the left, and the obligatory lava pit sits beneath. Skeleton.

    Spooky Ghost is Spooky

I changed something in Dark Forest Dash. Ghost the Rama can apparently take the form of a minifigure ghost! I was originally going to use the face on Ghost's car logo, but I don't know how to make the rest of the body black.

Rebuilt Rock Raiders Models + Other Errata

It's thin compared to Lego's concepts and the videos, but proportional to the in-game model. I can make it fatter without much difficulty, though. Today, transport truck.

    LEGO Island REDUX

Hahaha I was actually going to challenge you guys to do that. It took me like 15 tries when I first implemented that car but I finally got up there. Also, I think for the next release I'm also going to work on dynamic sky coloring and an overall day/night cycle. I'm not sure what the time scale should be, though. Maybe something like 1 day for every 10 minutes of game time?

Well, since it's been so long the only thing I can recall mentioning that isn't on the to-do list currently is updating the vehicle physics. On the topic of vehicle physics:

    Custom LEGO Universe Skins/Models

Here's one for Mythrun/Ari. It's a re-creation of something I did back in 2012 except done properly and in-game this time. Figured out a lot of new modding tricks and possibilities while working on this one as I had to work around several roadblocks and technical quirks. Also got a lot of screenshots in case he ever wants to do stuff with them: http://imgur.com/a/t1HNn

Thank you kindly. Blender's not the only swiss army knife you'll ever need in your life, but it has more tools then you could possibly want to ensure that your horses will never have things stuck in between their hooves. As for my levers? Not particularly. The MK.1 Eyeball is a formidable weapon, but also sometimes makes mistakes. Here's my lever next to one from BrickOwl. Also, today, I made a Slimey Slug.

    LEGO Portal Racers

F1, F2, F3, and F4 seem like they're intended to load the four worlds, but in reality it seems to be random. They count as going through a portal though, so that's an easier way to easily unlock all the racers. Also, in a pit stop, E turns the timer to 0 and lets you go without repairing your hoverboard. If you hit one of the buttons to load a world and K at the same time, your hoverboard will be destroyed, but it'll load the pit stop. If you add modules there, you'll continue racing with only a floating minifigure and the modules. If you don't add modules, you'll just continue playing as a floating minifigure. Crashing in this state freezes the game. Also, the pirate hut right there is the captain's hut model from LEGO Universe:

Thank you kindly. They're made with Blender, a free 3D editing program. It's difficult for immediate gratification for people starting out, but pretty good and an appropriate choice for someone on a budget upgrading their tooling from simpler, worse tools like Milkshape. As for why, well... Thank you kindly. Today I imported and assembled the DDI Rock Monster. Not sure if it's what I want..
