Since I'm moving off to my college residence on Friday, I will need some decoration to liven up the place, which mostly consists of some of my more notable MOCs, such as the Pants Party, the Overweight Golem, and the impending Medieval Head Separator (don't ask). Inevitably in my studies, I will face tremendous mental and psychological stress due to academic pressure and social exposure. I have previously discussed Galidor in my graduation speech, which for some reason went entirely unchallenged by the staff and was surprisingly well received. You can read a transcript here. "only the best" is an anti-demotivational vignette, specially designed to combat sentiments of self-defeat and improve morale. Hence, whenever I find myself down, I can be assured that no matter how royally I screw up, it can't conceivably amount to anything worse than that abomination whose legacy still subtly taints the LEGO Brand: Galidor. Remember, kids, the only thing on this earth potentially worse than Galidor is bootleg Galidor.

Chapter 8 - The Smothering "Gratuitous Minor Skirmish" The Ministry of Narrative is the governmental body responsible for the handling of all information disseminated to the public. The potential implications on the narrative field of the Imaginetic Spatial Distortion Array drew the scrutiny of the Ministry, seeing it as an asset to exploit or a liability in the hands of the enemy. The Protagonist Smothering Agency (P.S.A.) is the enforcement division of the Ministry, squelching dissidents and interrogating rival factions. Jerk Bowel's character is fashioned after 24's Jack Bauer, who is a federal agent and will at least once a season remind the audience of this. Jerk has also infiltrated Chapter 5's vignette, and can be seen performing surveillance on behalf of the Ministry. Fire elements have a small crevice in which all sorts of accessories can be lodged. That little projectile lodged in the fire element is a floodlight accessory used in those weird Clone Wars sets. I've been looking for a place to use the gauge assembly (seen at the top right) for a while now. It consists of a Life on Mars engine piece for the frame, Zurg's power level disk, and a minifigure hand for the dial. I don't have a witty conclusion for this one. Maybe I'll make up for it next time.

So I am currently in the process of updating my computer, and after the recent drama I figured a computer blorg would be fun. Several friends (Alcom, @noghiri, and an IRL friend) have helped me compile a computer parts list to make a long lasting and powerful computer (that can handle VR), with enough storage to last me for forever (or at least 'till I use up 3TBs) here's my final part list, if anyone wants to check it out. isn't it great that the second most important woman in the ninjago story is inconsequential enough that they can rename and totally replace her without much difficulty OTHER THAN that, looks good to me. I'm glad we're going back to Garmadon as the badguy evilman. Hopefully they will right the wrongs of the show and not make his evil status be because a snake bit him and he just can't help himself. Because that was lazy. And bad.

Since there was only a GBA map of LEGO Island already on the internet, I decided to piece segments together and create full-scale maps of the other locations. OGEL Island: Castle Island (credit to @Xiron for providing me a hacked save state) Space Port: Adventurers Island (not explorable, but this is displayed in between the minigames)

I don't recall any recent topics about LEGOLAND parks, so here we go. I first went to the California park some time in 2003, and a second time in August 2011. I've also been to the Florida park twice, first in January 2012, and again on New Year's Eve of 2013/14. The first visit in 2012 was especially interesting as it was with a friend that I had previously only known online. A few days ago I was thinking about the first trip to the California park in 2003. I had done the driving school thing, and I vaguely remembered some sort of 3D animated video that played as training... One YouTube search later, I found this. I'm pretty sure it's the same video that plays in California. I wonder what company animated it... It's somewhat reminiscent of the animated intros and such in classic LEGO games. I'm just glad the real track wasn't haunted by a floating TV set.

I'm starting college work next week so I'm trying to get as much of this published beforehand as possible. Expect one more chapter sometime this weekend, followed by a protracted bout of inactivity. Chapter 10 is up. I hope none of you reading this one are English majors.

It seems the bureaucratic interlopers on the Elimbiers have found the entirety of my magnum opus to be so insincere, so offensive, that they had the gall to strip it from the public forum. Publishing my work on the Elimbies was an act of charity; a sanctuary from the standard OC-centric bollocks people in their ignorance call art. I only sought to provide the denizens of the Elimbies an escape from their repressive society, an optimistic ideal for them aspire toward. Prior to this, individual posts have been singled out for scrutiny due to allegations of offensive content such as implicit homicide and allusions to intoxication, which I reluctantly purged in compliance; such restrictions must be lifted to produce a climate of civil openness, but those reforms can wait. Now, everything I have worked for has been utterly demolished for the sake of ideological purity. The rationalization? I've not seen one. This is tantamount to a declaration of war, and I intend to retaliate with all means at my disposal. Potentially. Likely not. But you can expect a more comprehensive reprimand at some point in the future. Right...chapter 9 is up. Ahoy, mega-blokkers.
