Yes I modded the sound.

I modified the bike color over in world.wdb and now the external color is different. Aside from figuring out which bike it was (there's like 5 copies of the same model for some reason?) this part was easy. As for the dashboard (over in ISLE.SI - a separate file) I tried fiddling with it for a bit but the way the bitmap is structured I noped out after a few hours, sorry. that's pretty incredible because those games have no thematic linking other than "are the worst." Whoever was doing this release must've known.

I'm more surprised that the files are in the same formats at all, or at least close enough to be usable. I thought Playstation and other consoles used a lot of weird proprietary formats or something. I guess they didn't care about that in the 90's when everyone wasn't tearing apart games to get the delicious files inside.
