    LEGO Racers GBC Level Backdrops

For those not familiar with the Gameboy Color port, most of the PC track layouts are featured in-game. The only exceptions are Knigthmare-Athon, Adventure Temple Trail, and the REAL Rocket Racer Run (Alien Rally Asteroid takes its place, but the name is changed to RRR). Obviously, the graphics are simplified as well, but all of the levels have looped backgrounds to help indicate the locations. I ripped all 10 of them using the VisualBoyAdvance emulator's Map Viewer tool. Imperial Grand Prix: Desert Adventure Dragway: Dark Forest Dash: Tribal Island Trail: Amazon Adventure Alley: Royal Knights' Raceway: Pirate Skull Pass: Ice Planet Pathway: Magma Moon Marathon: Rocket Racer Run: NOTE - Some patches of sky displayed incorrectly on the emulator; I fixed them with the bucket tool.

LEGO Quest and Collect: Mobile RPG Arriving Sometime (probably)

While there haven't been any news articles or press releases specifically about it, this thing has still been showing up in Nexon's investor presentations - the most recent which is from August 10, just a few months ago. So it's not dead - but given the release date was originally said to be this year, possibly delayed? Unless they're playing it really quiet up to a launch in the next few months or something. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ http://company.nexon.co.jp/en/press/index.html http://pdf.irpocket.com/C3659/xoy0/xcWx/pdho.pdf (Page 6, Pipeline, lists "LEGO mobile" as a project. The whole page is labeled "2016 and beyond" so who knows if it's still "2016" or "beyond".)

    Nexus Farce: IoI Vignettes

Chapter 11 - Executive Meddling "Head Separator" The head separator was the first model I built for the Nexus Farce, as a diabolical proof of concept. The model had to be rigid enough to support the mechanism, while maintaining the pseudo-medieval aesthetic. Duke Exeter's gun consists of the standard ray gun and the crown of that unmemorable Witch King character from one of those Hobbit movies, which has an odd resemblance to Kini Nui. Side view. At the top, there are railings extending inward along the headlight bricks. The Brick Separator is attached to a slider meshed between the railings, with two chains connected to the slider assembly. The mechanism is operated by twisting the wheel away from the victim's head, pulling the chain down, drawing the slider assembly along with the brick separator forward. And you better believe it's functional. The head is pushed along the neck protrusion ("spine") and released with a satisfying pop. Needless to say, this is one of the best models I've ever devised.

LEGO Quest and Collect: Mobile RPG Arriving Sometime (probably)

Hey, I don't suppose this and the Lego Life App might be one and the same? I mean, it's got interaction with Lego characters and avatar creation, which are at least vaguely RPG-y. And if they've been delaying the game, it's possible that it shifted over from more RPG-type stuff to... whatever it is Lego Life is trying to be.
