I just found out this game in yesterday tomorrow. I downloaded the apk file of the game and decided to do some research: As mentioned above, version 0.50 of the game is using the Unreal Engine 4.12, when the game launched, it downloads the remaining game files from the patch server. Interesting, patching files of Version 0.20 are still stored in the patch server, build date was 2016-06-13, complied with Unreal Engine 4.11, this is a welcome screen of the 0.20 Version: As you can see, this is not the logo of the current version (0.50). I also extracted the game files of Version 0.20, but didn't check those files yet. Meanwhile, I did some reverse engineering today and successfully got into the game. Here are some screenshots captured (Version 0.50): For my opinion, based on the information I received, this game looks fine, not too bad.

About the minifigure animations, I don't think they are really close to the original animations of LI. They feel like they are made of rubber, instead of plastic.

Our Alpha is full so we don't have any keys left to give out, alas. I'll be posting here when Closed Beta goes up, which will include another wave of keys! To answer the question about old LU characters.. Nope, sorry. Those were all tied to the original LEGO Universe servers. You're going to have to start fresh in DLU. Hope you'll join us in CB! And yes, we've been incredibly surprised by the response we've gotten, both from websites like MassivelyOP (who posted an article on our Alpha announcement) and then by the amount of followers we've gotten. We're working our best to make our Alpha better so that all of our Beta players will have a smooth time playing!

Once Xarton was the Protector of Okoto's Earth region, but during Makuta's uprising he fell victim to the temptation of power that was promised when he aligned himself with Makuta. Makuta used his dark powers to transform Xarton into a stronger being with massive claws and impervious armor. Xarton was sent by Makuta to seek out Lothar, the ancient guardian of the Earth region, and retrieve him for Makuta to corrupt, but he was never heard from again after he descended into the caverns of Okoto. The Alpha is restricted to Venture Explorer and Avant Gardens only. And no, we are not connected to that LU project. Darkflame Universe has no official ties to any server groups out there. Beta won't be discussed until our Alpha is over. No dates or estimates for either of those.

Hey guys, before you get all excited: not back to return to the project, sorry! There's been a great deal of changes and my game studio has picked up some really awesome projects which (unfortunately for you guys) mean that all my time and efforts go into those. I won't be sharing the vector source files with the public, there's a couple of reasons. First, it's been a while and the quality of those textures isn't up to par of what I release nowadays. Next to that, since I've got my own game studio, I'd like to make sure I don't get into any trouble with LEGO or any other company for releasing their materials. I've recently been contacted by community member lordtobi909 on Twitter regarding sharing the assets. Here's what he said: That's how you don't ask for source files.
