aLPHA
Okay, the description says it all. I have many lego dacta things and I will gladly post images of them. Lego dacta was established around 1980 Lego Dacta interface This was used to incorporate smarts into creations. Only a few of these have survived as I believe and I can't find any anywhere online. Simple machines kit: This was the first in the series and is also rare. Some can go to $200 in new condition with the plastic top, plastic container, all instruction guides, and all the pieces in very good shape Motorized machines kit: The second in the series. It is not as rare as the simple machines kit but can also go for alot of money. Old Lego Dacta Pieces 1: These are just a few pieces that were used in lego dacta and not in any lego kits from then. 1. small bushing with odd geared top 2. universal joint 3. wire holder spring (held 9 V. wire together in interface) 4. flattened gear 5. don't know what to call this 6. lego man used for scaling images (not rare except for body) 7. chain found in Motorized Machines kit 8. Odd window 9. inverted window turn 10. inverted window Please feel free to correct any errors on my research. Acmex
Ah.... Lego Dacta. My school has a number of these, along with three-four Mindstorms Series One. In all irony, it works out fairly well considering that all the school comps still have serial ports, so In theory I could actually use them. bartvbl
as far as I know, part 1 is meant to connect to some tecnic pieces, and are actually quite common in tecnic sets. As well as number 2, 4, 5 and 7. The old windows might be parts of that "aquazone" set (not sure though) But you bet they were used in more sets than just the dacta stuff
