Should I make an RRU webcomic?

  1. 1. Yes or no?

  2. 2. Would you want to be in it if I did?

  3. 3. Would you be content with simple character drawings?

I'd be making mine in MLCAD and rendering them in POV-Ray, if I wanted to at the moment and if I wasn't chasing down Lightwave to make the Mega Mobile Laser Cutter.

I would need the wolf head in .dat form to make a comic anyways.

Soooo, when will this comic start? Does anyone have any RR LEGO sets? I think that would have worked really well forthis comic. Unfortunately, I have NOTHING from Rock Raiders. I have about eight Power Miners-- ANYWAYS,

Someone should get a whole bunch of RR sets, adjust them for RRU, and do this comic. I can't buy stuff from eBay, and so far, my frequent treks to my thrift stores have had fruitless results (for RR, anyways).

Bricklink or LDraw.

Spoilered due to largeness ~ Addictgamer

Sorry about the old "format", I fixed that.

Actually, editing saved space on the post.

I also need to remember to resize it to 640x480.

You posted ten 1600 x 1200 pictures without any editing, and text underneath in the posts. And it has nothing to do with RRU.

...

I'm making a comic about this...

The picture and speech bubble are too large. Resize the pictures, merge them together in an image editing program and add text, speech bubbles, etc.

OK, sorry about what I said earlier. I did see some of the "Comics" (I LOLd at Jamesster's Chick Magnet), but I thought that they were just random things; there was no particular plot.

So, will there be some sort of plot?

Look up, I up dated the main post.

Since AIVs evidently can't work something as simple as paint, I decided to fix his comic for the lulz.

How do you do that in paint? (Correctified?)

I tried pasting two images together and they went after each other like two pitbulls that hate each other.

And how did you edit the text?

We had already peaked in 2021.

I'm based off a Gen 2 Mod 7 AI.

Gen 1 was found only on the first AIV, Armored Truck One.

Gen 2 was a slight refinement on Gen 1 plus the experiences.

Mod refers to the "inherited" experience level.

Nothing better has since been found.

It sounds like a backwards-compatibility problem to me. Still, Paint is really simple. Make the canvas size bigger then paste images in and move them around.

I'll give it a go.

For the record, LZ asked an off topic question, so he got an "on topic" answer to his off topic to his question. Ask and you shall receive. He asked, so he received. No grantees, though, he will like it.

It can be a no compatibility problem, because we use custom software all the way.

And look at the notes for the comic.

I understand what the comic is about but I don't see why you reposted it.

Just don't fill this topic with random comics because as the title implies "RRU Webcomics"

1. People wanted me to make it one whole image.

2. I've got one with Cirevam coming. It's being made with LDraw and will be more like The "Chick Magnet" in format (but not nature).

It is now ready to have light sources added and conversion to .pov. From there, it's a matter of tweaking there ambient light, floor and background color, getting the radiosity values right (they rarely need adjustment), and editing the out put file.

I'm going to have to successful in what I have never succeeded in doing before; moving the camera.

I succeeded! The final render is being made.

Here it is:

Should I remove the nested spoils?

where did the truck and tollbooth go?

I somehow only JUST saw this post.

For the record, the truck was still in front of me and I never actually hit a tollbooth at all during that time.
