dielyfe
So, while downloading the WAD/Microsoft .NET thingy... It said I had a previous version. No problem, I removed it (but it was a newer version mind you). So I download it... and it didn't work. Right now, I'm running the repair option on the install.exe file. Hopefully it'll fix it... But I might be stuck again... At the beginning. :/
Addictgamer
If it was a newer version, you shouldn't have removed it. You should always install the latest unless specifically told not to.
dielyfe
That's what I thought... I'll download the newest version and go from there. -.-

dielyfe
*sigh* Now I just can't find .NET to run it... So I found a folder with all the Framework .NET dll files, but no .exe file or any file to run .NET... I feel like my download FORGOT the actually program. I can't find the program itself. I even had my computer search every single file I have for anything relating to .NET< Framework, MSDN and there was no actual program. I can find all of its updates and add-ons and support files, but I cannot find the actual program. I'm going to try downloading it again, uninstalling the nonexistent program I had before if necessary.
Addictgamer
.net isn't a program, it's a library for GUI development in windows. That's why there are only DLLs and other such files.
dielyfe
OMG I am such an idiot. SORRY EVERYONE. I figured it out. Wow... This is why you don't stay up for (too many) hours. Your brain turns off and you just become entirely stupid. Thanks everyone for the patience and help though. Again, sorry.
Cyrem
Ok. The WAD Tool is the program we use for extracting WAD archives. To run this program you computer must have .NET Framework 2 at minimum. .Net Framework is a library made by Microsoft. Most computers have it already installed... but if you are getting an error, it's not installed on your pc. You can download .net Framework 2 here: http://www.microsoft...ails.aspx?id=19 Or you can get the latest version here: http://www.microsoft.com/net/download
