Most of us thought that PickSphere was the radius where a unit could pick up a material, but that's wrong. It actually controls the size of the green selection box and how far from the center of the unit the mouse must be when trying to select the unit. In the picture I clicked where the mouse is and selected that Pilot. I used a PickSphere value of 80.0.
