Best defence is always wash your hands before you eat, never touch you nose, mouth, ears, eyes with unwashed hands. Also, avoid crowds. So stop whining about why we must go to drastic measures. 30,000 Americans die from the flu every year. There have only been 6000> recorded swine flu deaths. So the W.H.O.
