mumboking
My god, that's hard to read... Nevermind, someone edited it to remove blue Comic Sans. You don't need a capture card. Capture cards are used to record video from other sources (e.g: games consoles or camcorders). Anyway, I found these: 2.23.02 This seems to be the last version supporting 98. 1.61.02 There's a dropdown list at the bottom of the page for other versions. I don't know whether the downloads are linked to the right version or not, as I'm not running Windows.

Mr. Eight-Three-One
Some older versions of HyperCam 2 work on Windows 98, as one friend of mine can attest to. Google around and see if you can find one. There is also an old version of Fraps that works on 98, but as far as I know it does not record sound. Mr. Skeltal
Here is Hypercam 2 for windows 98se. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1SFuzfPEN7oVnBlYzMtOFhoNHM/edit?usp=sharing Read the readme.txt file in the zip file. Ignore the .bat files. They are pointless.

Infomaniac95
In hindsight, that would have been the most logical move, if I wasn't obsessed with Windows 98, at the time. Even then, that PC is long gone, and you're responding to a thread that shouldn't have been revived, in the first place.
