CuriousCanidae
https://imgur.com/a/EviKiNw (Hey I can't insert image from URL. It just doesn't let me. So I'm just going to post the album.) Hello, I've visited this website a few time regarding Rock Raiders before, though I never did anything as problems usually just solved themselves in the end somehow. Though this is the time I just can't seem to find a clear answer whatever I do. It's the _msr.exe error for Lego Stunt Rally. I've done a fresh install a few times. Though the place I get stuck on is always the same. The program runs, the logo comes up, it says _msr.exe has encountered a problem. This was really all I found on this website. Neither of them were really helpful in solving this issue. I'm really just running out of ideas. https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Lego_Stunt_Rally Went to this place too in search of an answer. Nothing there was of any help either. Yes I tried the alternative installer too. Does anyone have any recommendations at all to run this? It's weird that I can't on this virtual box. I've first played this on a windows 98 system, when I was young.
aidenpons
Hmm, it's definitely possible to get Stunt Rally working, but you might need some ... adjustments. I checked my working copy and I have a shortcut to _msr.exe with the additional command lines (put them in the Target box when you make a shortcut) /FROMLAUNCHER /NOINTROVIDEO /FREEFORM . The last one I know is optional and enables actual full control over your car, the first two might do something... Toy around with running as admin and compability settings? CuriousCanidae
Sadly none of that worked. https://imgur.com/d9aLW3V Unless this is considered wrong. There is no running as admin option because it's Windows XP (VM). None of the compatibility settings work either, though all there is is Win 95, 98/Me, NT 4.0, 2000. Do you possibly remember where you got the working copy?
