LRR Pistole Modeling

Dwarf Fortress; and the TTYs

Well, I discovered that, with the help of the TEXT print mode, I can run DF in one of my TTYs. However, there is a catch. Every single "special" character shows up as a coloured "M". Which kinda makes things unusable, ya' know? So yeah, if anyone figures out how to set the codepage/font in Ubuntu TTYs to IBM's CP437, I'd be grateful, thanks. Also, discovered w3m, a console based web browser. Does a decent job of rendering RRU. Can't use the SBox (opens up some kind of editor{WTF}) but

Month Long Shutdown

I'm little over a week away from exams. I have three to take, and I'm going to be flooded with Review; filling my mind with thoughts of school. So the two-three (not sure now) will be shut down. This means, you might not see the 24hour mod for a while. I might knock off my fan fic this weekend. Note on might. Steam. And Portal

Well, since Valve's release of portal as free until the 24th, I have it now. And am on chamber...ehh....9 or so. Well, we didn't win anything. We never do. But hey, it was fun We maintained a win-ratio of 1/3. We One 3 out of 9 rounds. devs do not always understand their users

Some developers of applications do not always understand their costumers/users, making their software behave like they own the place, or come with useless stuff. I never did get to using this
